We deeply appreciate your purchase and ongoing support of Signature of London. We are passionate about our craft, and as a result, we take exceptional care in handcrafting your products and conducting thorough inspections to ensure they endure a lifetime of use.

We recognize that, on occasion, unforeseen issues may arise, and despite using the highest quality materials, products may require attention. We want to instill in you the utmost confidence not only in our products but also in us as creators. As such, we extend a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of our establishment.

What This Means:

  • Signature of London commits to repairing any part of the product that is found to be defective. Before sending any item(s) back to us, they must first receive approval from Signature of London. Approved item(s) for repair or replacement should be securely packaged and accompanied by a prepaid postage label for the return shipment.

  • If the item is reparable, we will skillfully restore it. In the event that it proves beyond repair, and falls outside the scope of restoration, we will replace it with a new one.

  • It's important to note that vegetable-tanned leather naturally develops marks and patina over time with use. This is not considered a defect but rather an inherent property of the leather. Such conditions are exempt from our guarantee, as is any damage resulting from misuse or neglect.

  • All our items are meticulously crafted to order. Returns are only accepted if the goods received are incorrect or faulty, within 14 days of delivery.

The Fine Print:

  • As mentioned earlier, vegetable-tanned leather will acquire marks and patina with regular use. This is a natural property of the leather and falls outside the scope of our guarantee.

  • We kindly request that you use our items for their intended purpose and not as trinkets. Misuse and negligence, such as using your wallet as a coaster or a table wedge, are not covered under our guarantee.

  • Charges related to shipping, customs fees, and duties are not covered by our guarantee and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • To process a claim under our guarantee, original proof of purchase is required. We may also request your email address or physical address to verify your purchase.

  • Our guarantee becomes null and void if our products are resold. This exception does not apply to items purchased as gifts.

  • Items bought as gifts will need the recipient to register their product with us in order to preserve the guarantee.
